Means of production

Alliance Aéronautique is spread over five production sites: those of the four shareholders and a new site specially fitted out at 64 Rue Hoche, in Albert. On its 11,000 m2, in Béthune, Méaulte, Bouzincourt and Albert, it is looking to develop an annual manufacturing capacity of over 365,000 hours and is aiming for a turnover of more than 20 million euros by 2009.

- For milling: 52 machining centres / over 200 pallets

- For electroerosion: 2 wire cutting machines and 2 cavity-sinking machines
- For turning: 24 digitally-controlled lathes
- For CAD and CADM: 10 programming stations including Catia V5, latest version
- For control, 5 x 3D measuring machines and many precision tools.
